PVC WINDOWS – Schüco Profiles

/ Excellent energy efficiency thanks to innovative technology /

Schüco window profiles are made of very high-strength material. We use reinforcement with corrosion-resistant 1.5-2mm thick steel sections around the entire perimeter of the frame and sash. A window construction that is this stable and durable perfectly withstands the weight of the quite heavy energy-efficient triple glazing unit, and has excellent thermal and sound insulation.

In our offer you will find the following types of Schüco profiles:

Schüco Classic LivIng 82 MD

Schüco Classic LivIng 82 AD

Schüco Windows – profile LivIng 82 MD and AD Classic

Schüco – profile LivIng 82 MD

Schüco – profile LivIng 82 AS

Schüco Living 82 MD and AS is a new generation of window and door systems for modern construction. The use of the innovative TWIN system allows the frame with double (AS series) or triple (MD series) sealing to be easily fitted to the window sash. In addition, this new twin system uses the world’s first EPDM heat seal. Schüco, thanks to cooperation with Semperit, has exclusive rights to this type of sealing technology. It is due to the use of flexible and heat-sealable material that the tightness in windows and doors has increased significantly, especially in problematic corner areas.

SPECIFICATION / SYSTEM PROPERTIES

  • The PVC Schuco LivIng 82 MD and AS system is made in 7-chamber technology with excellent insulation properties.
  • The value of the Uf heat transfer coefficient is: up to 1 W/(m2K) for the AS series and up to 0.96 W/(m2K) for the MD series.
  • With two (AS series) or three (MD series) sealing surfaces, the LivIng system provides optimal protection against wind, rain and noise.
  • When using a frame with a central seal (MD series), the system meets the requirements of the German Institute of Window Technology ift Rosenheim in the field of passive construction.
  • It is possible to include double glazing, unit thickness: 24 mm to 52 mm.
  • The increased installation depth ensures greater safety and better protection against burglary.
  • Optimal light access is guaranteed thanks to the narrow visible profile width of 120 mm as standard.
  • The first weldable EPDM seal integrated with the Schüco LivIng system significantly increases the sealing effect in the corners of the windows.
  • The high quality EPDM seals used are highly elastic, which is why they do not crack or deform, they are resistant to changing weather conditions.
  • We use silver grey seals in the white profiles of the Schüco LivIng system and black seals in the foil profiles.
  • All profiles (frame and sash) are reinforced around the entire perimeter with corrosion-resistant 2mm-thick steel sections, which significantly affects the stability, safety and durability of the window.
  • If the client so wishes, the windows can be made as anti-burglary windows up to the Wk2 class.
  • We use high-class MACO MULTI-MATIC fittings.
  • Veneer windows have narrow, nice-looking and almost invisible welds.
  • Profiles are available in a full range of colours and wood-like veneers.

Schüco Windows – with aluminium overlays – TOP ALU

Our standard offer of window joinery manufactured in Poland has been supplemented with PVC windows with aluminium overlays. We produce them based on a Schüco window constructed in the CT70 or LivIng 82 MD / AS system in the CLASSIC style. The elegant aluminium overlays allow optimal adjustment of windows to the facade. The rich RAL colour palette will satisfy even the most demanding tastes, and the possible colour variation between the frame and the sash broadens this range of possibilities even further.

Overlays work especially in modern buildings, commercial and service premises, or office buildings. The use of aluminium overlays makes the PVC windows unique.

Schüco Windows – profile Alu Inside NORDIC

The Scandinavian Windows system, with outward-opening windows, has been designed especially for the Scandinavian and North German markets.

A characteristic feature of this system are windows that open outwards and have the highest stability and excellent thermal insulation parameters.

This system allows the implementation of windows with glazing bars characteristic for the region, stylish glazing beads and special fittings (ASSA ABLOY) with various opening methods, such as turn fittings, Top-Hung or Top-Swing fittings. The Schüco Alu Inside Nordic window system is certified by the Danish Technological Institute.
